This project, in collaboration with Interior Designer Sara Zofko, focused on reimagining the guest and master bathrooms of a charming Mar Vista bungalow. The scope included interior design consulting, detailed construction documents, 3D architectural design, and high-quality renderings and visualizations.

 

Special attention was given to the creative use of tilework, combining unique patterns and textures to add personality and elegance to the spaces. The result is two beautifully designed bathrooms that blend functionality with distinctive aesthetic charm.
